My coaching and breathwork sessions are presence-based and inquiry-led. This work is not about fixing or improving you, but about creating a safe, compassionate space for honest self-inquiry and witnessing. Together, we may examine beliefs (both the light and the shadow), patterns, and conditioning that shape your experience, while also honoring existing sources of support.

Sessions are co-created and may include reflective dialogue, guided inquiry, somatic awareness, and/or breathwork, depending on your intention and readiness. Insight often emerges through curiosity rather than direction, and you are always welcome to slow the pace, redirect the focus, or pause the process at any time.

This work may bring up emotional material. While I hold a trauma-informed approach, my services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support. You are encouraged to seek additional professional support when needed and to share openly if something feels too activating or unclear.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are choosing to engage in this process willingly, with the understanding that you remain the authority of your own experience. You may stop or reschedule a session at any time, and consent is ongoing throughout our work together.

Terms and Conditions - Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By booking, you are dedicating time and space for your growth. Coaching and breathwork are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and you remain fully responsible for your choices and actions. What we discuss stays confidential, unless you give permission for testimonials or marketing. Your payment holds your spot, is non-refundable and non-transferrable, but you are welcome to reschedule with 24+ hours' notice. Once we begin, we are fully committed to the work together.

The term of this Agreement is for any session, event, or activity that I attend. Acknowledging the terms of this agreement shows that the participant agrees that should an action be brought against Journeying with Valli LLC for any reason, whether to enforce the terms of this agreement or on some other basis, that all disputes between Participant and Organizer will be litigated and Participant waives any rights he/she may have in litigating in any other jurisdiction.

On behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, relatives or other persons under my care, my parents, agents, personal representatives and estate, I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Journeying with Valli LLC and her employees, agents, representatives, team members, as well as its owners, principals, employees, agents and representatives WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, whether physical, mental, psychological or emotional, or ANY LOSS or DAMAGE to PERSON or PROPERTY, of any kind, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Journeying with Valli LLC for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to all legal fees incurred in defending any claim brought against by any of the RELEASING PARTIES and further agree to pay the full amount of any judgment, award or verdict that might be entered against any of Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES and/or in favor of any or all of the RELEASING PARTIES. 

I fully acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Session/Activities, and I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL ANY RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation. 

I agree to comply with the stated and customary guidance and norms of participation in the Activities. If, however, I observe any unusual hazard during my presence or participation, I will immediately remove myself from participation in the Session/Activities and bring such to the attention of the Facilitator immediately.

I know, understand, and acknowledge that Journeying with Valli LLC is NOT a physician, psychologist, or healthcare professional, and the Session/Activities being offered are NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and do NOT include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease, or disorders, whether physical, mental, psychological, or emotional.

I promise, represent, and certify that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally, and fully understand and acknowledge that if I were not in such good health, I would not be permitted to partake in the Session/Activities. As such, my promise, representation, and certification that I am in good health in each of the above-enumerated ways constitutes a material term upon which Journeying with Valli LLC is relying in permitting me to partake in the Session/Activities. 

I hereby forever unconditionally and irrevocably waive and release any claims I now have or may in the future have against Journeying with Valli LLC with respect to any injury, loss or damage I suffer as a result of participating in the SessionActivities or any of the future Session/Activities in which I may participate. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement extends to and includes any and all damages, injuries, and claims which I do not anticipate or know to exist and to any and all damages, injuries, or claims which may develop in the future, and I hereby expressly waive and relinquish any and all rights under any law or statute to the contrary. 

After being fully informed of the above, I, on my own behalf, and, to the fullest extent allowed by law, on behalf of all RELEASING PARTIES, expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks inherent to and existing in connection with the Session/Activities; and I voluntarily elect to participate in the Session/Activities. 

Although this Agreement fully and completely releases Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES from any and all liability of any kind and of any nature in any way connected to, arising from, or relating to the Session/Activities at issue, I further acknowledge and agree that to the extent that I violate the plain terms of this Agreement by filing a claim, suit or other action against any of the Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES, any such claim, suit or other action shall be filed solely and exclusively before the American Arbitration Association, as governed by the Commercial Rules of Arbitration, with the initiating party bearing the fees and costs associated with arbitration, and with the prevailing party entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs associated with the arbitration. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Montana law. 

I acknowledge, understand, and agree that this Agreement, and all of the releases, terms, and conditions contained herein, shall apply with equal force and govern any future Activities in which I partake with Journeying with Valli LLC, thus obviating the need for me to sign this Agreement each and every time I partake in the Session/Activities. 

I understand and agree that if this is an in-person session/event, Journeying with Valli LLC is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises. 

To the extent that any portion, clause, or aspect of this agreement is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, all other portions, clauses, or aspects of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and I have either consulted an attorney or, at my sole discretion, elected not to do so. 

I understand that I am providing this release as consideration, in part, for participation in the Activities. As such, I understand that if I wish to alter or negotiate the terms of this Agreement, I may do so by speaking with one of Journeying with Valli LLC's RELEASEES. 

I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. 

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is injured or killed, or if property is damaged, during my participation in the sessions/activities, I will be found by a court of law to have waived all right to maintain suit against any of Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES and/or that I will be found to be fully responsible for all attorney fees and all other costs incurred by Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES and/or that I will be found personally liable for any judgment, award or verdict entered against any of Journeying with Valli LLC RELEASEES. 

This agreement is binding on Participant’s heirs, assignees, dependents, personal representatives, and estate. No statements or inducements have been made to the Participant to cause them to enter into this agreement. 

BY AGREEING TO THE CONSENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ABOVE AND AGREE WITH IT. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE EITHER CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY OR, AT MY SOLE DISCRETION, ELECTED NOT TO DO SO.

I voluntarily agree, evidencing acceptance of the provisions of this agreement. If English is not my native language, I have either studied enough English to be able to read and understand this agreement, or I have had this agreement explained to me in my native language.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that I am agreeing that all information shared with me is valuable, confidential, and proprietary, such as this session DOES NOT ALLOW for refunds, nor does it extend any money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated above. Your payment holds your spot (it’s non-refundable and non-transferable), but you’re welcome to reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. Once we begin, we’re fully committed to the work together. I further acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me regarding the results or outcomes that may or may not result from this session/program. Also, I accept that my success with this session/program is entirely dependent upon my participation and execution of the process.
