Through a fusion of conscious guidance, awareness, energy attunement, and exploration, I help you access the root of what’s holding you back, whether it’s limiting rooted beliefs, emotional residue, or survival patterns that no longer serve your becoming.

In our sessions, I’ll reflect the architecture of your subconscious so you can begin to see, perhaps for the first time, the unseen agreements and identities that have been running the show. With compassionate presence, we loosen their grip and open space for truth to emerge.

These inner exploration sessions are guided by you and shaped by what arises in the moment. We’ll listen deeply to what your body knows, what your energy reveals, and what your inner wisdom is ready to share.

Spirare pronounced "spi-RAH-reh" is a Latin word meaning “to breathe”, but also “to spirit.” It reminds us that our breath is more than biology; it is the very essence of life moving through us. It is how spirit, our energy, inhabits the body.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for awakening inner wisdom, shifting subconscious patterns, and unlocking your deepest potential. Each session becomes a sacred space to remember who you truly are beneath the noise and conditioning.

With your intention at the center, I will guide you through a 90-minute inward journey, supported by a curated soundbath designed to deepen your process. I specialize in circular connected breathing and holotropic-inspired breathwork, as well as other modalities that can both upregulate or downregulate the nervous system, depending on your unique needs.

Every journey includes grounding, integration, and a return to presence, so you leave not only expanded but anchored.
